COVID 19 UPDATE

UPDATE:

As of January 2023, there are no longer any COVID-19 travel restrictions in Tanzania. This means there is no requirement to present a PCR test or proof of vaccination. Additionally, all COVID-19 regulations have been lifted in accommodations. However, if you prefer, you can still choose to follow your own safety measures such as wearing a mask and carrying hand sanitizer.

After a challenging period affected by the coronavirus, Tanzania and the rest of the world are gradually returning to normalcy. We understand that many of you have been dreaming of going on a safari in Tanzania, and we are here to help make that dream come true.

Travel restrictions in Tanzania have been significantly relaxed, and it is our priority to inform you about any existing restrictions and how to adhere to them. Is it possible to visit the country?

We are delighted to announce that as of 2022, it is completely feasible to travel to Tanzania. The borders are open, and major international airlines operate multiple flights per week to various destinations within the country.

Are there any restrictions in Tanzania?

International travelers are expected to adhere to the health and safety recommendations against COVID-19 provided by the government, which include frequent handwashing and maintaining an appropriate physical distance.
